UK Privacy Notice (UK GDPR)

This notice provides additional information for users in the United Kingdom. It should be read together with the main Privacy Policy.

1. Controller and contact

2. What we process

• Connection data such as IP address (processed for security, abuse prevention and (optionally) country detection).
• Chat messages are transmitted in real time and are not stored as conversation logs.
• Account data only if you purchase a Boost (account ID, username, password hash) to assign your purchase. No email is required.

3. Retention

• Security-related IP data is retained up to 30 days unless an IP is blocked for abuse.
• Accounts created for purchases are retained up to 30 days after your last activity and then deleted automatically.

4. Your rights (UK GDPR)

Depending on your circumstances, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

5. International transfers

We may use service providers that process data outside the UK. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards.
